Meditation
Meditation has many forms and definitions. I like “meditation is the practice of allowing oneself to observe - rather than do - life”.
It can take active, passive, dynamic, static styles and can be practiced continually throughout the day.
By learning to observe your life and thoughts, you will develop superior skill in choosing and creating a life you desire.

African drumming and dancing
Dances teach social patterns and values and helps people work, mature, praise or criticize members of the community while celebrating festivals and funerals, competing, reciting history, proverbs and poetry; and to encounter gods.
African music relies heavily on the playing of drums. It is also characterized by an intense rhythmic playing style. This style of fast-paced, upbeat rhythmic drum playing can be found in many of the drum playing of tribes all over the continent of Africa.
